Shipping & Returns

Made to order. Most Mountain Misfits apparel is printed after you order it, which helps reduce overproduction and lets us offer more specific designs. Expect production to take 3–5 business days before your item ships.

Shipping. Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS within the United States. International shipping is available; rates and timelines are calculated at checkout. Tracking is sent to the email on your order as soon as it leaves the print facility.

Returns and exchanges. Because items are printed to order, we don’t accept generic returns. We do replace anything that arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect. Email hello@mtnmisfits.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Sizing. Each product page lists the garment brand, fit, and a size chart. If you are between sizes on a heavier garment like a hoodie, we recommend sizing up.
